A little over 2 weeks ago I finished my last deliverable for my MBA at Smith School of Business, I'm done! Reflecting on the challenges and learnings over the last twelve months, I can't help but have a little bit of bittersweet emotions. I'm glad to be done my MBA and having more time to spend with family and friends but will miss the challenge that came along with completing an MBA while working fulltime, raising a toddler and being a supportive spouse.Thank you to Brittany my partner in-crime who supported me and our growing little family while I was away in Kingston for 4-weeks and in lectures every other Sunday and Monday.Thank you to Toronto C my MBA team, together we completed over 50 assignments, leveraging our strengths to make the team stronger and supporting each other to improve our opportunities for growth.Thank you to Glenn and Declan for managing a great 12-month program where I was able to build on and gain new skills, knowledge and experiences to confidently continue to take on and be successful in more senior roles within organizations as I progress in my career.Declan McCann Parveen Sidhu Dayita Palani Steven Kuysten Zarak Khan Audrey Zhang Henry Eliko M.
