#OpinionsI have tremendous respect for any view that's ones own, however much it may differ from mine. A view that's formed with curious questioning, logical enquiry, sense of wonderment, and bipartisan pragmatism.But these times that we live in what apalls me is how we allow our minds to feed on propaganda, hate posts, half-truths, fake news, churlish forwards and almost anything that goes on Social Media (sic)In choosing to find comfort in, 'Echo Chambers and Epistemic Bubbles', we are depriving our minds, and betraying our intelligence by exclusion of diversity of thoughts and conflicting opinions. The same phenomenon applies in how we look at Cultures within our own organisations. #Think #ExperienceLearning
