was found hanging by his neck from a tree in the yard of the Armenian Community Center Ninth St at 9 A today The body was discovered bv Mrs Max Pasler of 328 Ninth St when she went into her yard Police and firemen said the man apparently climbed the tree tied clothesline around his neck and to a branch of the tree and jumped He was last seen alive at 6 o'clock this morning when he had breakfast with Adam Kaloodian with whom he boarded at the Sixth St address Mr Kaloodian told Coroner James Heary that Birabian had been ill for several months and had recently been released from the Niagara County Sanatorium He was under treatment of a phy sician Mr Birabian was reported to have relatives in Russia but none in this country The body was sent to the Amato uneral Home by Coroner
